  • In order to achieve this target, we will;
    Focus on production and management system and work for the permanent progress and development of our processes,
  • Create and sustain a system so that, our employees share their knowledge and experience within a team spirit and enable our employees at all levels to participate into the activities starting from the design of the product to the after-sales services,
  • Encourage our employees and support their success; plan and implement education activities for our employees in order to increase their knowledge, skills and self-esteem; arrange orientation programs for our new employees so that they cover the adaptation process fast and easy,
  • Enhance the satisfaction of our employees by fulfilling our responsibilities related to the security and health at work, and create harmony and security at work,
  • Contribute to the economy of our company and our country, making the utmost use of raw material, workforce and energy sources, using them productively with a low rate of loss and return, work to leave a clean environment and better world to the next generations.
